This half-day Introduction to Train the Trainer course provides a practical overview of the key principles behind effective training and facilitation. Ideal for those new to delivering learning, it focuses on building confidence and understanding what good training looks like.
- Across the session, you’ll explore the essentials of delivering successful training, including:
- Understanding what you’re doing – the purpose of training and how people learn
- Designing the delivery – structuring clear, engaging sessions
- Facilitation skills – communicating effectively and encouraging participation
- Tools and technology – using resources to support learning
- Evaluation and follow-up – measuring impact and improving future sessions
- Wrap-up – consolidating learning and next steps
By the end of the course, you’ll have a solid foundation and practical techniques to start delivering training with confidence.
