This half-day Introduction to Time Management course is designed to help you build a strong foundation in managing your time more effectively. Ideal for anyone looking to improve productivity and reduce daily pressures, it provides practical tools and techniques you can apply immediately.

During the session, you’ll explore the core principles of effective time management, including:
- Introduction to time management – understanding key concepts and common challenges
- The importance of establishing priorities – focusing on what matters most
- Planning and scheduling – organising your time for maximum efficiency
- Productivity techniques – practical methods to get more done
- Managing email – staying in control of your inbox
