This half-day Introduction to Leadership course is designed to help you understand the core principles of leading a team effectively. Ideal for new or aspiring leaders, it provides a practical foundation to build confidence and develop essential leadership skills.
Throughout the session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of leadership, including:
- Understanding the role – what it means to lead and the responsibilities involved
- Communication essentials – building clarity, trust, and engagement with your team
- Giving feedback – delivering constructive and impactful feedback
- Managing people day-to-day – supporting performance and maintaining effective working relationships
- Handling difficult situations – addressing challenges professionally and confidently
By the end of the course, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your role as a leader and the practical tools to begin leading with confidence and credibility.
